“Absolutely fantastic service, ordering very easy online, dispatched very efficiently and delivered very promptly. Really well boxed and I was incredibly grateful for the extra service I requested regarding gift wrapping, it was beautifully done and meant a huge amount to me as I was unable to deliver the gift myself so thank you so much. Wonderful service throughout thank you, would highly recommend and I will will be purchasing more items from this wonderful shop!!”

“Garden outside storage was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the delivery firm damaged 2 which was annoying. Katy from Folk interiors was helpful and arranged collection and replacement. It still was a pain as did not get item for time we wanted and needed to be home for pick up and delivery. Fingers crossed third time left lucky with a different delivery firm .”

“I ordered some sheepskin cushion covers, I have several of these already and love them and was looking for more, and Folk stocked them. The products are lovely and as expected, although from the website photos I thought the colour would be a little darker and the wool a little 'curlier'. There are no care instructions given on the website either. Ordering was easy and delivery fast, but the returns process is a bit unclear and over complicated.”
