“Placed order more than 3 weeks ago - still not received so impossible to review! I have not been kept updated at any stage and it was only through chasing myself that I found out the last pot was broken and you were waiting for more. Very poor service and I still don’t know when I will receive it! Julia McCulloch”

Hello Diane, I'm so sorry your mugs haven't arrived yet. The Royal mail strikes and the Black Friday weekend coinciding isn't ideal as it's our busiest time of year. I wasn't aware that we sent out more than one review request and these are set to a few days after despatch so I will certainly look into that. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Katy
