“Impeccable service! I never leave reviews but this time I just had to! Honestly lovely company! So friendly. Received a kind email from the team.... once I said that the toys were for a birthday gift they shipped it off asap to make sure it came on time! It came wrapped in the most beautiful wrapping paper, the attention to detail was just second to none. The quality of the toys are of the highest standard too! Flawless! Thank you so much. “I have been browsing the Folk Interiors website for a while now, and finally ordered some beautiful tea and coffee mugs. The service was wonderful and everything was really well packaged - no breakages. The website is so well curated I think I will order quite a few more bits from them!”

“I was happy with the Djeco puzzle that I purchased but I was not happy that it came very late. I was expecting it to arrive within 3-5 days as I have paid the shipping fee for the item to be shipped within 3-5 days. But it took more than a week to get to me and I needed to chase it up after 7 days since the item did not arrived yet.”

“Really beautiful items all very reasonably priced, especially given the excellent quality! All bits were from the HK Living range, really hard to pick a favourite but I'm the most impressed with the terrazzo plate, which will make a great centre piece for the table.. Everything arrived quickly and was excellently packaged, lovely wrapping as well - genuinely felt like I was unwrapping a gift! Would definitely buy from them again as well as happily recommending the store! Thank you!”

“Ordered some beautiful ceramic cappuccino cups as a gift. Unfortunately one of the cups was damaged, I emailed Folk Interiors to explain and received a response within a couple of hours with an offer of replacement for the damage item. Great customer service, would highly recommend.”
