“Beautiful cushion covers, really well made. Very happy with my purchase, will use again. They emailed me to warn me my order might be a bit delayed. It wasn’t but I really appreciated the heads up.”

“Such a beautiful selection of products abs the service is impeccable. I was contacted as soon as I placed my order informing me of a possible delay as the shop was moving premises. I mentioned that my order was a gift and the order was expedited and arrived beautifully wrapped the next day. Really great, personal service. Will 100% be shopping again with you!!!”

“Ordering on line easy and reliable. Due to issues relating to delivery of product, ( Brexit) it took a few months for my chair to arrive. However, staff at Folk Interiors kept me informed by e mail, on a regular basis, which was reassuring. All fine now , my chair has arrived and I’m very pleased with it. Just need some sun so I can sit out and relax on it in my garden. Delivery on time once it was dispatched. Thanks to team for keeping me posted on order status.”

“Waited 14 weeks for delivery and now received, we need to construct this considerably expensive price of garden furniture. Communication re delays was poor if not non existent- loved the Web site but bitterly disappointed in the service - very poor. What's more, items on the website are available via other channels significantly cheaper and probably with faster delivery!!!”

“Five out of five. I thought the whole experience of shopping with you to be nothing short of xcallent. My order was dealt with quickly, friendly and very professional considering I am hopeless with IT and was guided through the process carefully. A bit of a hiccup with incorrect payment being processed but this was brought to my attention and dealt with quickly. I am so looking forward to receiving the chair (tomorrow morning I understand) and will send you a photograph of my granddaughter reclining in her present. Would love one myself,,,,, Delivery not yet made.”
