“Initial ordering process frustrating as the order disappeared at the payment stage. The site reappeared the following day so I was able to complete. From that point the information and delivery was prompt and as expected once again.”

“I asked you three times for a refund and never heard back from you. The first time was within 30 minutes of placing the order yet you still went ahead and posted it a few days later. Very poor customer service.”

“I love the clock, and it arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately there was a slight knock to the outside of it though. Overall I would shop at folk again as they stock such lovely products but I am a little sad there was some damage done.”
