“Website With The Personal Touch of A Local Shop I was contacted via text & informed that the variant of a putty I had ordered was out of stock & was given the choice of an alternative or refund. The tins of putty were individually wrapped which added to the feeling of customers being cared about. Unfortunately the amber putty was somewhat dried out once I opened the tin despite the manufacturer’s claim that their putty doesn’t dry out. I feel this is a manufacturer problem rather than Folk Interiors as the seal on the packaging was intact & there was no best before date or special storage instructions on the tin. The other putty is absolutely fine & I am happy with it.”

“I ordered the Engel large bamboo plates and they came wonderfully wrapped in paper (no plastic!) in perfect condition. The colors and feel are lovely and they're totally livening up our kitchen table!”

“Good delivery service, nice touch with the packaging too. But not rated 5 as the colour of the cushions I ordered sadly looks different to the picture and so I’d like to return them, but no returns details in the box and haven’t had a reply to my email asking for help! Shame because seems to have lovely stock and my son is loving the new toy i ordered him. Would be great if you could put a little slip in with the receipt explaining returns process”
