“Excellent pre-sale service and the product arrived in good working order. However, paid extra for next day service (Thursday) but product didn't arrive until Tuesday. This may have been down to Royal Mail but still not worth the extra £6.50.”

“The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The equipment arrived on time and all appears OK. I would have given five stars but I am waiting for an appointment with my Audiology department who need to adjust the settings on my hearing aid to make it compatible with the new equipment. Paul has been very helpful in assuring me that these delays will not affect my guarantee.”

Hi Roger happy to extend the credit period because of the audiology wait, we always do, and you only need to ask, no need to give a rather negative 3 star review because of this, just ask and ye shall receive! I'll confirm all this by email, but if you really feel we've let you down please just let us know and we'll offer a full refund, no questions asked. “i have the roger pen which i use in a clinical setting. Overall the equipment is fantastic makes such a difference to my hearing. I feel more confident face to face. Its very easy to use & charge. Its very discreet & portable. The downside for me is that it doesnt work with the telephone. Overall though highly recommended”

“I have suffered with over 50% hearing loss for a very long time. I have been so used to getting by, much to the delight of some of my conversations with my friends and family when I don't quite hear what has been said. I was recently diagnosed with IIH, Idiopathic Intercranial Hypertention, which has not only effected my vision but has had a knock on effect with my hearing as well. I have struggled in my workplace, again due to stubborness and pride with regards to my hearing, but as a result of my illness my work assessed my needs and I was given a Roger Pen system which works directly with my hearing aids and my phone system and it has brought a new confidance to me. I can't say thank you enough. Lauren”

“I find the roger pen excellent for use with my blackberry phone as I am now able to make and receive calls whereas this was impossible before. It is not as effective I find in a meeting/group scenario but my prior interest was in using it to make calls so this is fine.”
