The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The equipment arrived on time and all appears OK.
I would have given five stars but I am waiting for an appointment with my Audiology department who need to adjust the settings on my hearing aid to make it compatible with the new equipment. Paul has been very helpful in assuring me that these delays will not affect my guarantee.
