“Following a recent visit and the requirement for flowers for a specific and difficult occasion I re-visited Flowers by Natrass in person to seek advice for something totally different and was warmly welcomed. The young lady asked me lots of questions to understand what I needed and together we decided what would be put together for me and delivered the following week. Not being one who has had reason to buy flowers much I was taken back with the price but when the assistant showed me a similar product at that price bracket she was actually creating I was more than happy. Lets face it, what price do you put on making a difference on a special occasion for someone. The recipient was very happy with her surprise delivery and I was extremely happy with service , cost and timely delivery. Well done Flowers by Natrass. I will be back if and when needs require. Thanyou ! David.”

“Ordered flowers for my wife's 70th birthday. Sally was exemplary on the phone. I called for advice before ordering online, but Sally was happy just to go ahead and take my order by phone, which worked perfectly. I added in a bottle of delicious champagne and box of chocolates. Marvellous. The flowers were glorious, delivered on the dot as specified. Will definitely use again.”
