“Was having big issues with effervescence and staining on my newly laid porcelain patio, I found floor seal via Internet and gave them a call explaining my concerns and was directed to go to the website and give details plus photos of said problem, I got a quick response from Graeme explaining the reasons of my issues and which of their products was best to use. After ordering , the delivery was excellent and the product was absolutely amazing, so big thank you to Graeme and the floorseal team. I highly recommend this company . They listen they care !”

“We bought the Black Spot Remover for our Indian sandstone and it's brilliant. The only thing that has actually worked ... and we tried a few! I'm not one for writing reviews as I'm usually disappointed but this worked so well. So happy. Try not to splash it on any nearby plants but otherwise I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Ordered easily and arrived the next day..fantastic. Cheers.”

“Ordered Floorseal Black Spot Remover Plus. Used as diredcted and it removed over 90% Black spot. The rest was left a lot lighter so very happy with result. Service was very prompt”

“Fantastic block paving sealer. Looks like new and prevents stains and growth. First used 2 years ago and when we cleaned our large drive this year it was a much easier and quicker process. Easy to apply and now it's been resealed again it looks brilliant. Their blackspot remover is also great - not needed on our drive this time but using on our patio and it's brought our Indian stone up beautifully.”

“Last year I had the front garden turned into a brick driveway to enable off road parking. To seal the gaps and solidify the sand I brought an eco-friendly driveway sealant from floorseal. I discussed the product with them on the phone, ordered it and it arrived promptly. It did the job as described. A year on I've reordered the same product, for the same purpose and I don't want to give the weeds an opportunity to break through. A happy, returning customer.”
