“Having used several products before for our porcelain patio tiles. Floor seal is fantastic. Can't recommend it high enough. Removed all the grime and stain that others would not.”

“I ordered a gallon of Black Spot Remover Plus after a thorough jetwashing with a Karcher 6 series which made the usual partial improvement but didn't really touch the heavy spots. I was ASTOUNDED by the later Floorseal results. I guess I was expecting that to make another slight to moderate improvement. Instead it COMPLETELY removed decades-old, thoroughly ground-in grime and mould and transformed the patio leaving only the celebrated 'patina-of-use'. TIP: Keep the treated area covered with a tarp to retain moisture. Next morning was a revelation. Only used 2/3rds of the bottle for 24 square metres. Adjacent strawberries were only slightly damaged at the downhill edge. Have been recommending it to all.. GM Runnymede”
