“From enquiry,to request for advice from customer service, to ordering and delivery process was excellent. Product arrived promptly and well packaged and was easy to use ( once the strong winds had subsided). Cannot comment on durability as only recently applied but up to 10 years would be great.”

“Beyond excellent service! Required roof sealer in a hurry but wasn’t sure how much to order. Phoned customer support and was advised on how much I would need. Ordered immediately and received my order the next day. Sealant now applied and waiting for the rain, much like the rest of the country! Would heartily recommend this company for their professionalism.”

“This stuff actually works! I had hunted high and low for so long, trying to find something that would remove rust from my stone paving slabs. I chanced upon this by accident but decided to give it a try. Glad I did as it’s done the trick without any hard work, which was a bonus! The rust had been there a few years from an old metal planter. Some parts took 2/3 applications but it is now all gone and I can now sit in the sun without rust stains ruining the moment! Brilliant product.”

“The porcelain sealant is easy to use. It appears to be working well with the marks. The only thing I would say is that you should sell smaller bottles as you hardly use any. It does say one coat only and cannot be repeated.”

“Prior to ordering I was in communication with Graham who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had very deep engrained green mould on my white monocouche render and was concerned that I would not be able to remove it. I ordered the Soft brush render cleaner. This was amazing, I applied it neat in the badly stained areas and diluted on the remainder of the house (which had some streaky black mould marks). After 20-30 minutes I rinsed and pressure washed the render back to the original, as new look. Amazing products and I would recommend using Floor Seal, as technical knowledge and customer service (Maisie who sorted out delivery) was superb.”
