I am very disappointed by the customer service of this company. I was trying to place an order and pay with paypal option. The website had issues connecting to paypal (this was confirmed by paypal’s end) however, I was charged money but the order disn’t go through. I claimed first with paypal, then with my bank which told me that I was charged and the money went to FlawlessBody. I still haven’t been reimbursed. The company is discharging their responsibility and didn’t even ask me for any proof, they just denied a refund. If you read this review, I do not recommend buying from them if you don’t wanna risk your money in case some problem arises.
