I'm very upset with the poor customer service received. After using Skinceutical products for a long time I decided to try IS Clinical products so I placed a big order. I requested samples so I could test different products from the ones I bought and get to know the brad. The disappointment was first when I received the wrong order but when I finally received my order there was only 1 sample included and when I opened it it was empty! I spoke to Pritpal in Flawless Body and she said that she would arrange to send me some samples. After three weeks I haven't received the samples they promised me. Considering that I placed an order over £500 in new products and all I wanted was some samples of the brand range to test, I have to give one star for their very poor and unprofessional customer service. I don't like people saying they'll do something but they don't. However, I did return to them the wrong order received. Two totally different ways of behaving. Next time I'll buy my IS Clinical products somewhere else with a better customer service.

Hi there We have refunded this for you. DPD tried twice and left cards in your letterbox. We appreciate the one star and the fact that you haven't got it but they do email with a 1 hour time slot and give you the ability to change the day or send to a pick up point. Thanks

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM. I NEED UIUR ATRENTION FOR REFUND. I HAVE ASKED THIS SEVERAL TIMES. Your courier DPD did not deleiver the item and sent it back to you.

Never received my order so I cannot write a review of the products but can write a review of customer aftercare which I never heard back after we spoke and asked where my order was, and I was told I would get a call back.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is terrible arrogantly. They do not keep the dates to answer your claim and do not solve your problem.

Item so small it could fit through my letterbox. However, the delivery company returned it when there was no answer. No option to collect it or change the delivery time/place. I've bought the same item elsewhere and will await my refund.

Thank you for the review. Looking in to this we see that DPD tried to deliver on the 5th/6th and 7th of August. We send notification emails and DPD also give 1 hour time slots and the ability to leave in a safe place or divert to a local pick up points. Non the less we have sent again for you. Many thanks

You sent me the wrong product !!!!!!! Just opened the pot and it’s a phyto corrective masque!!! I want my money back or the correct product sent asap !!

I have not received my purchase - despite this, I have been charged in full and have received no answer to three complaint emails to Customer Service. Next step will be to report the company.

I bought £180 of goods. DPD sent an email saying it had been delivered days ago but it hasn’t. Now the DPD website says it’s being returned to Flawless and I’m out of pocket for £180! Think this is a scam website, avoid!

Hi and thanks for your review. What actually happened was that the parcel was sent and unfortunately the carrier said they delivered but then returned the parcel back to us. They were in a bit of a pickle due to extra volume because of the Royal Mail Strikes during Christmas week. You emailed us and we responded within 3 hours to your email during Christmas week and as per your request refunded you immediately and this has all been confirmed to you in writing. We rely upon and have to take responsibility for the couriers we use. Sometimes they get it wrong and we need to resolve issues. We feel we did this in a fair time and feel that the comments made are unjust in this instance. We are the first to hold our hands up if we have not got it right. Thank you. All we ask is that please allow any business to resolve before berating someones business.
