I ordered Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum from this store a few times. The last time was in the middle of November. When I opened the package a couple of days ago I realised I got sold a fake! This had not happened before, so I did not open the package immediately as I received it because I usually buy one in advance to make sure I never run out. Once I opened it, I realised something was off by the smell - it smelled horribly! This serum does not usually smell nice but I have been using it for three years and I am very familiar with how it should smell like. At first, I thought this bottle has gone off, hence the smell. As far as I know Flawless Body is listed as an authorised retailer in the UK according to the Skinceuticals website. So I went to the website guidelines for fake products and realised that my bottle did not have a batch number at the bottom, instead there was a Skinceuticals logo. The colours of the font on the label were off - I compared it to my other products from Skinceuticals and saw that they usually use light blue colours for the font while my bottle was bright blue. Finally, the label that is supposed to easily peel and open into a guidebook was stuck to the bottle with something that made it impossible for me to peel it off without tearing the paper - not the experience I had with other Skinceuticals products. I have contacted Skinceuticals to let them know that one of the authorised retailers is selling fakes. This review is to warn others off buying Skinceuticals products from this website. I wasted almost a hundred quid!

Reluctant to post this as I've been a loyal customer for over a year now but I've been left really disappointed with the service I received the last month. I made an order on the 28th of November for which a duplicate payment had been taken out of my account for and had I not noticed by accident 10 days later this would not have been returned. On top of that my parcel never arrived (Now almost 1 month later) and I sent a few follow ups to which the replies were very rude and unhelpful.

My order was delivered to a different address. Had a photo with proof of delivery to a person and house I don't recognise, none of my neighbours. I've contacted flawless body and they mailed me that will look into this issue, but never heard anything back. DPD were very unhelpful, they scheduled a call to discuss the missing parcel, but no one called. Waisted £150. Avoid.

I placed my most recent order based on the email blast conveying that prices would be raised imminently on SkinCeuticals products and for customers to stock up. When I check back on the site today, I notice that prices on these products remain the same, well after the supposed price increase. Misrepresentations of this nature significantly take away from the previous positive experiences I’ve had with Flawless Body. I feel very disappointed and mislead to have spend a significant amount of money which I did not have an imminent need to based of a coercive sales tactic.

Hi there We have looked into your order. You ordered two products. One has actually increased in price in line with the price increase - the other should have gone up but we have held the price as the rest of the market has not increased theirs. We monitor pricing daily to ensure we are best value. As per our comms 90% of pricing has gone up on the range - including one of the items you ordered. We are the first to put our hands up if we have messed up. In this case we advised and gave info. Prices have risen and we wanted to share. It is by no means a coercive sales tactic as quite frankly, all we are doing is pulling sales earlier. We could not say anything and let customers pay a higher price this week for instance. However, we believe in openess. We are sorry you are dissapointed - however if you compare our prices against the new recommend prices on the manufacturers website you saved £70 on the items. Product is tiny and badly packaged. Had to flatten the tube before first use to even get any out. Been using it for a week and seen no difference and contacted the company to inform them of my dissatisfaction… no reply. Save your money

Not actually received the order yet despite being given 2 different days to expect delivery by dpd and stayed in. When I tried to find out what was happening, DPD stated on their auto system that the parcel had been refused which was untrue, their web site frize when I tried to engage. Emailed Flawless to alert them to the fact the order hadn't been deleted Vered. This afternoon Dpd emailed me to say they were delivering tomorrow as requested, nope that didn't happen either. I have an appointment tomorrow which I can't miss. Bit of a shambles really.

Elinor thank you for your feedback, I think we have to agree! On this occasion, our delivery partners have let you and us down. We know it is now on a van to get to you. We have found that DPD is the most reliable partner we work with but this is no consolation when your specific order has had a problem. We believe it is put right now and will take the feedback on the chin!

The reason why your order was cancelled as explained in writing is that as a Skinceuticals authorised retailer we do not sell or are licensed to sell to a reseller of any type. There are a number of reasons for this including your inability to deal with returns and complications if they arise. Also just to be upfront and honest - 6 units of one product is not a couple of units. We will take the 1 star review as we are ensuring our genuine customers are getting a great service.
