“Received 2 equipment orders during lockdown for my home gym - NordicTrack rower and treadmill. Both deliveries were on time and efficiently / courteously made. The equipment itself was quite easy to put together (although a few extra tools make it easier) and functions mostly as expected. Instruction booklets from NT could be better at describing the built-in workouts (which don't seem that special) - I have yet to commence the included iFit subscription to see if that has better workouts.”

“I absolutely love my treadmill and I can’t fault the service from Fitness Superstore. Fantastic from order to delivery. I was told it would be Three weeks delivery due to Covid-19, which was completely understandable, and I received it in two weeks.”

“I had the best experience with fitness superstore. Especially during lockdown. Initially I was disappointed to read that my delivery would be in 6 weeks, but a few days later I received notification that it would be delivered 1 month early. I’m over the moon with my NordicTrack RW900, nothing was missing, signed up to iFit easily, I had some problems registering my warranty but fitness superstore were there straight away to help me, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you”

“Great company! Managed to maintain exceptional service support under massive pressure from spike in demand for home gym equipment due to covid crisis. Showed genuine care and did their best to help me to get the kit I needed. Their Body Power smiths rack, rubberised weight plates and bench are all excellent value. Very impressed all round!”

“One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Was assisted over the phone throughout my whole purchase, even paid over the phone. Received calls back straight away after I sent emails asking for more information. And delivery took about 2-3 weeks as they said it would. Thank you!”

“Brilliant company to deal with, had a minor error on stock not showing after Waiting 1 month for it, but under current circumstances it was dealt with brilliantly by Chloe Miller!!!! Will definitely be using them again when required.”
