“I recently bought the TuffStuff Six Pack Trainer home Gym from Fitness Superstore in Chelmsford. The staff were friendly and helpful, but also quite happy for me to review/test the equipment without interference. As I like to take my time, this was greatly appreciated. The product is excellent, albeit not the one I actually went in to get, but the instructions for self-assembly are severley lacking (just my opinion of course!). The store itself though - excellent service.”

“Fantastic service from the showroom to delivery and installation. Chris Huges was very knowledgeable and helpful answered all questions and helped recommend the best product. “Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The equipment was easy to view in the store and the online system worked well. I am pleased with the rubber studio dumbbells which I bought, the rubber is pleasant to handle and the shape of the actual dumbbel stops them from rolling.”

“Well advised and looked after. May be my only criticism maybe that the body solid cable gym we bought had an optional additional weight packs which we would have purchased if we had know. But other that friendly, helpfully and we would use them again.”

“Very pleased with my purchases. Helpful knowledgeable staff and the quality of the goods excellent. I bought hex rubber dumbbells, power bag, Boxing bag, rubber mats and kettle bell. I did search around first and fitness superstore offered the best deal. A good display in the shop to see.”

“Had most of my gym equipment from fitness super store and even when it was scratched they replaced in no questions asked. Delivery is always on time and they always happy to help when visiting the main site. Equipment seems good quality compared to other manufactures and on other sites.”

“Went to the Gloucester store just after New Year looking for a cross trainer. Lots of machines to try. No pressure, just knowledgeable sales person. Bought a cross trainer and had delivery, including putting it together. Best £95 ever spent! Two men delivered and efficiently put it together (40 mins). Took about 3 to 4 weeks for deliveey as we are all trying to get fit after Christmas. Machine is simple to use and suits my needs.”
