“I bought a treadmill. I received updates often about my delivery. Delivery guys also was very good and careful. And treadmill working in good performance. Good price good service. Thank you.”

“Great service from Fitness Superstore. The delivery was on bang on time and all in perfect condition. As it was a running machine and heavy, the delivery guys got it the house for me as it was raining, whilst we all kept a safe distance. Thank you for staying open in these difficult times and stay safe”

“Great and regular communications whilst waiting for delivery date which was agreed and maintained. Guys who delivered were superb and helpful. When one smaller item hadn’t been delivered the delivery guy said he’d phone and give me contact details to sort it out..which he did only a few hours later ! and it was indeed sorted out quickly with goods arriving a few days later!”

“It was a given that in lock down everyone was trying to buy a treadmill which led to a longer lead time than would normally we expected. However it was easy to purchase my treadmill. I got accurate and regular communication on order progress and it got delivered on the promised day easily by very friendly people. I couldn’t ask for more. And I love the treadmill itself. Thank you 😊.”

“I purchased a Sole Treadmill about 2 weeks into lockdown. It was an easy process and despite restriction imposed by lockdown the communication from Fitness Superstore was excellent, 10/10. Treadmill itself is great for home use.”

“I have purchased and fitted my whole home gym out from Fitness Superstore which includes such as multi gym, cross trainer, running machine and free weights, the list goes on. On this occasion even with the issue of covid 19 and vast waiting lists fordelivery I found the company as professional as always. Kept me informed regularly on the progress of my order which on this occasion was a static race bike. I was given a delivery date straight away and from the initial order to the guys that delivered I have nothing but utmost gratitude. Keep up the good work in these trying times and once again.
