“CUSTOMER SEVICE VERY POOR - I WAS TOLD I COULD COME IN TO THE STORE AND BE TALKED THROUGH THE FULL FEATURES OF THE MACHINE. WHEN I SUBSEQUENTLY ASKED TO DO SO I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TIME. IN ADDITION ON Y INITIAL VISIT I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT BEHIND A PAIR OF TRAINING SHOES. THEY KINDLY CALLED TO SAY I HAD FORGOTTEN THEM BUT WHEN I WANTED TO GO AN RETRIEVE THEM, I WAS TOLD THEY HAD BEEN LOST.”
