“So far (I still have a set of life fitness dual pulleys to arrive directly from the manufacturer) the equipment was delivered and assembled and the guys who came were lovely! They discussed where best to place everything which was great as I needed the input and advise!!!”

“Quality product delivered at a surprisingly low cost. Living in the Highlands of Scotland, we are used to carriage costs being extortionate, however they delivered our rowing machine - all 30kgs of it - for £12.99. And it arrived in a couple of days. Excellent service indeed.”

“The kit is good value. There is no join up between the store (I happen to have one 5 mins away) and the on line service. Delivery process reminded me of a company from 10 years ago. Lots of disclaimers that it's not your problem, no delivery flexibility and then a failed delivery. You could be amazing, but you choose to be mediocre. I'd guess that you are missing follow on SalesConnect opportunities.”
