“The price for the equipment that I purchased was both fair low and the goods so far have been without fault. The staff that delivered the equipment could not have been more helpful and polite. The sales staff were patient and tried to help with my choice and the ladies in the office were very prompt on dealing with the purchase when we went into the office.”

“From the word go FS were excellent. I intended to make my purchase at John Lewis but phoned FS for advice and it then became a no brainer to buy from them. A very knowledgeable and helpful guy on the end of the telephone that wasn't pushy just happy to assist me. This led to the sale which was followed up by a prompt delivery and installation. Pleasant installers who knew what they were doing and who were respectful in my home. Would definitely buy from here again.... I just need a bigger gym!!!!! Thank you Fitness Superstore!!”

“The bike arrived well packaged but after I had the bike assembled and tried peddling to test it . I noticed a loud rubbing sound , which I immediately diagnosed as the main drive belt was after becoming misaligned. I am an Engineer, so I fixed the misaligned belt problem myself and the bike works perfectly now. Disappointed with the initial problem but looks and feels like a solid piece of equipment now.”

“Great service, no pressure to buy just sound advice. Bought treadmill which arrived quicker than their normal timescale, which was good for us. Fitness superstore own assembly team came and fitted out treadmill together. I would use Fitness Superstore again.”
