“Once I had placed my order, the delivery of the product was really fast and I had received it within just a couple of days. I would absolutely give 5 stars both for the delivery of the product and for the product itself. I have only given 4 stars as I was unsure of what product I needed and one of the reviews for the product I purchased stated that it did not perform well for the exact purpose I wanted it for. So, I reached out to the company to ask if it would be suitable or if I needed something else. They didn't get back to me though so I had to purchase it and keep my fingers crossed. Thankfully it worked really well so I am really happy with my purchase but it would have been useful to have bought with confidence first.”
“Service was great, goods arrived promptly and are working well. The only negative was the cost of shipping - THAT cost more than the goods themselves! I would have been happy to have chosen a Royal Mail option rather then FEDEX. I guess it meant I did receive my order at least, and it's not lost in some sorting office!”
