“First Magnets i bought where really weak even for ferrite so can't say they where worth the money. Arrived quickly though but they're next to useless for anything other than fridge magnets. After some really good help from nathan I was sent some new magnets that fit the bill perfectly and can't fault the response I'm trying to get the problem sorted for me. I only awarded 4 stars due to the inconvenience associated with everything but would give 5 for service. My only feedback would be it might be useful to have some better descriptions on the website so that people can make more informed decisions around suitability. Would us again”

“The parts ordered are the parts that arrived. They arrived on time and in good condition. The postal charges were very reasonable. I have taken off a star for the website. Specifically the pricing of magnets and sorting by price. The website has prices per pack, not per magnet. When you sort by price it sorts by pack price. I have been trying to find cheap magnets and you end up with the "pack of 1" expensive magnets listed near the start of the list and some "pack-of-10" magnets, which are typically very cheap, further down. I have spent ages searching because you have to expand each and every entry to find the unit price! Grrrrr :-(”
