“I ordered four large rockets and even though they were securely and appropriately fixed before lighting, two of them went horizontally. very unexpected, these were not cheap rockets, luckily no one was in the way. also the doomsday I ordered although as good as expected did not fully discharge which was a little disappointing given the price. on the whole was pleased with my purchase. they were delivered promptly.”

“Fireworks were awesome, however the site is quite dated and awkward. No way to select delivery dates and have to revert to putting it in the comments, which I did but then was confused with when I'd like the order by, so they were delivered earlier than that date when I wasn't around, however after calling, I was able to get the address changed. Calling wasn't the best experience either, many many attempts required before someone answered and person who answered didn't really know what was going on and had to pass message on to someone else, who never called back, etc.. But all turned out OK in the end! Would just be nice if their systems and processes were better.”

“Fireworks were great. Customer service was okay but not perfect. There was no phone call after I placed my order - as the website suggested there would be. When I rang the first time I got a nice chap who gave me some info but when I called again a couple of days later over a confusion the chap on the phone was quite abrupt. I was concerned the delivery might not make if for my daughters birthday. As it was it arrived in good time but all I needed was a moments reassurance rather than a curt response. Nevertheless, the fireworks were great and customer service aside everything was as described and promised. ***”

“Used you guys for 4 years now at least Web site could do with some updates & checking - When items are in the basket or previous orders you should be able to click on them to go back to the item and check it. - If I want to find a previous item I should be able to search . There's no search function . So generally if in my basket I have a fireword called say Voodoo .. I've got not way to find it again on the site to look at the details - painful. Suggestion :The videos are a great idea . How about being able to link several together to plan the display virtually . Could just play all the items in the shopping kart. have an ability to re-order items in the shoping kart.”

“I would recommend Fireworks Crazy to others wishing to purchase fireworks as they have a wide range of diffeent brands available via their website. The ordering process via the website is easy and prior to your delivery being shipped you will receive a text message to confirm the dispatch of goods and a text message to confirm the day on which your order will be delivered. I would definetlu use Fireworks Crazy for future fireworks orders.”

“We use fireworkcrazy every year and the service is excellent, would jave given five stars but 2 years ago we received somw incorrect fireworks. However it was dealt with fantasically by the team. I would recommend firwork crazy to all of my friends.”

“Although the sparklers are packaged and described as 'gold' the actual sparkler is still silver. They also don't last 2 minutes, they last just over 1 1/2... I have brought these for our wedding and am more than happy they will be suitable even with these notes.”

“I would personally like to have had more information around the delivery. The site asked for my preferred date but there was no confirmation it would arrive by then. I rang up and the company was very helpful but it would have been good to get that peace of mind at the time or in the confirmation email. I have also emailed separately as only two boxes arrived and I ordered the two boxes plus sparklers. Many thanks”

“Ordering and processing was good, i would suggest that when it asked what date you need it by that it states that this is a date you use for delivery as it is only in your email after it tells you this, my delivery date changed twice from my hermes, overall happy but felt that if i hadnt put a date it would have arrived earlier and although it was in time when planning a wedding it is good to have items arrive as quickly as possible.”
