“Very good fireworks for our NYE party! Had a bit of a scare with TNT who fulfilled delivery of the order as they managed to loose the parcel and it arrived two days late and had to be chased but this was not Fireworks Crazy's fault. Good customer service and good product.”

“Always had excellent service. Would just question the packaging - a huge box and very expensive for just five fireworks. I appreciate that the expense may be to do with the explosive nature of the parcel but it was more the half of the value of the fireworks. The amount of packaging just seemed stupid. However, the company has always been very helpful and otherwise very efficient. Great fireworks and ann excellent website with helpful videos.”

“Was very satisfied with the order. Came just before Christmas which was perfect, unfortunately just after we set up the fireworks there was a short downpour and we could only light 3 packs and the rockets as the fuses were too wet.”

“The service was good; the website was helpful although more info on display duration for the packs of fireworks would be useful. Also the lighting sequence was missing from the delivery so I made up the running order myself. The quality of the fireworks was very good; with the mixture of affects and noise just right. This was a display at a party and I received a lot of positive feedback.”

“I think Fireworks Crazy is excellent in general, but a few points I would make are: 1. 2 fireworks shown as being in stock when I ordered them were substituted for others 2. If something is out of stock it would be very helpful if the firework closest to it was named, so one could just click to go to it 3. It would also be helpful if the category of each firework was shown routinely 4. Why not sell gaffa tape separately from the stakes? - saves a tripto the shops 5. What about selling rocket launcher kits??”

“In the 3 years of ordering from Firework Crazy my views are: -Excellent service -Fast delivery -Good quality fireworks at sensible prices -Delivery is a little expensive, but understandable, maybe, free delivery on all orders over £150 Note. This year I would like to mention that there were 2 faulty fireworks in my order: Krazy Klock - Shellscape Smokeless Waterfall, I was a little disappointed as they failed after 10 seconds and ended up putting a bucket of water over them. Apart from this I would recommend to family & friends. Also I would to mention that its great that you can view videos on the fireworks before your buy so you know what to expect. Thanks ***”

“even though the fireworks were great each of my four 16 shot barrages only let off between 10 and 12 shots (royal party ) I heard them shoot into the air but they failed to detonate.im sure this was just a 1 off but it still left me feeling a little ripped off.”

“The fireworks were awesome. Everyone said that they were the best home fireworks they had seen. Brilliant finally and great rockets. Luckily I had someone who was well versed in pyrotechnics which led to a fully sequenced event which still lasted about 8 minutes... with continual whizzes and bang and explosions. I would say that the packs could have done with better instructions on securing the fireworks down before lighting. Perhaps some gaffer tape to be included for taping down the fireworks and some sticks to poke into the ground for the smaller cakes to be secured to. I have to say the staff were very helpful over the phone when making the order and so i was able to make my decision on what to buy. Really happy with it all. Well done guys. My first experience of buying fireworks.. Great service and will def be back for more next year.”

“Hi I ordered the £999 pack.This arrived well packaged and with good instructions on how to lay out the fireworks and lighting times. The display was well received. I think the one area for improvement would be the inclusion of some rockets within this pack. Next year I will make the effort to collect the fireworks and receive the extra free rockets. All in all very good value for money and I will be ordering again next year.”

“The one thing fireworks crazy can do is upload videos of all new fireworks at the time of going on sale on the website. I would have ordered more if I had seen what effect they had. Also, there could be more firework packages with a variety of types(rockets, mines, fountains, Roman candle, Catherine wheels etc.) rather than just packages with cakes only. I found the website very easy to navigate and firework information useful, placing orders was simple. The fireworks were reiceved in great condition having been packed in strong boxes and during my display everything worked perfectly. Lastly, this year was the third year in a row that I have ordered from fireworks crazy and would highly recommend this company to others.”
