“Fabulous! Great choice at very fair price, fast delivery by own staff, brilliant tracking & communication. The special ‘Birthday Cake’ was spectacular. Lovely gesture that company plant a tree with your order via ‘Tree Nation’.”

“The website advertised tracked delivery, and when I asked for that after I ordered I was told that “we are not responsible for the delivery, it’s with the courier now and it’s up to them” which is actually against the consumer rights act”

Hi William. When the goods are on our own vans you get fully tracked delivery. When an order is sent on our specialist courier then we're unable to track their vans and due to the nature of the goods they carry they don't provide tracking for security reasons. We are always able to speak to the courier to find out days of delivery and they usually call ahead to notify you of their planned arrival and I believe this is what you were told. At no time were you told that we are not responsible for the delivery.

“Hi, it's a bit soon to give a full review, because I haven't used the fireworks yet! That said, the service I've had up to now - particularly the fantastically informative delivery progress - has been really very, very good. I hope the fireworks are as good!!”
