“The delivery and ordering was all really good, and prompt. I loved the fireworks. The only thing I would say is that I thought from the description and the video that you could choose to set the two boxes off as one - which was not the case. There was also one box which was definitely the finale, which we happened to set off second - but that was just chance.”

“Good service except one area - delivery. When you buy the fireworks it isn't clearly stated that someone needs to be at the house to receive them. You only find this out the day before delivery when it is too late to make arrangements. Although the delivery company will accept a written, signed note to say its OK to leave them, in my case I was not going to be there at all beforehand so couldn't leave a note. Much better would be to alert the buyer before so they could let the delivery company know its OK to leave the fireworks (by calling or emailing them). This could be passed to the driver so they know its OK to leave them.”

“Great recommendations for low noise fireworks for small children. Shame not all the video clips were running on the website as it was great to view before purchasing. we had a great display in a large clearing in our local woodland park. We did a risk assesment and was glad to read the guidance on your website, packaging instructions for c2 fireworks. Safe distance was 25 meters. Very happy with quality and effect.”

“Available to answer my questions, and sent the items quickly. Generally good products. Advertised as 'quiet fireworks', which most of them were, although some were very loud! The single ignition package was advertised on the website as lasting 90 seconds, although it only lasted about 60 seconds.”

“Relatively easy ordering process and well packaged delivery. Only area for improvement is navigation on the website - same item in different packsizes are not necessarily easy to find and recognise. if the web platform allows can you use one product and different sizes, so it is less confusing. Thanks”

“Good service ease of ordering only niggle I have when I asked for delivery on a certain date which you are asked for I asked for Nov and it was delivered in Oct the day after I put my order in this presented me with a problem of finding someone to receive them ,but other than that everything ok thanks”

“I bit disappointed I am a regular customer and spend anything between *** and this year I got a email about *** extra and I was out of the deadline BUT I REQUESTED A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I GOT NO REPLY AND NOTHING EXTRA - DISAPPOINTED AND THIS YEAR THE DEALS WHERE NOT GOOD AS LAST YEAR..! YOU SHOULD MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR SYSTEM AND HONOUR SOME FREEBIES FOR YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND MAY BE GIVE THEM A LOYAL DISCOUNT CODE FOR WHEN THEY ORDER WHEN EVER THEY ORDER ESPEACIALLY NEAR BONFIRE TIME AND SHOULD REMEBER THAT PEOPLE BUY FOR DEWALI FESTIVAL AS WELL AND DATES DONT ALWAYS MATCH 5 NOV..!
