“I bit disappointed I am a regular customer and spend anything between *** and this year I got a email about *** extra and I was out of the deadline BUT I REQUESTED A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I GOT NO REPLY AND NOTHING EXTRA - DISAPPOINTED AND THIS YEAR THE DEALS WHERE NOT GOOD AS LAST YEAR..! YOU SHOULD MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR SYSTEM AND HONOUR SOME FREEBIES FOR YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND MAY BE GIVE THEM A LOYAL DISCOUNT CODE FOR WHEN THEY ORDER WHEN EVER THEY ORDER ESPEACIALLY NEAR BONFIRE TIME AND SHOULD REMEBER THAT PEOPLE BUY FOR DEWALI FESTIVAL AS WELL AND DATES DONT ALWAYS MATCH 5 NOV..! MAY BE I WILL HAVE TO TRY SOME WHERE ELSE NEXT YEAR - SORRY GUYS BUT THATS THE WAY I FEEL..!”

“Everything was fine apart from the delivery where the large box was wet at one end as was the fireworks at that end also one of the large rockets was broken”

“In relation to what for me was a large order I spoke to Fireworks Crazy 2 / 3 times over the phone and they were always very helpful answering my questions and volunteering advice which I was very happy to accept. The order went through without a hitch and all the fireworks arrived a few days later. I cannot yet give feedback on the performance of the fireworks themselves!”

“I provided a budget and asked for them to send me a selection to suit. It worked well for the second year running. Delivery is smooth and timely, selection is good. I had two fireworks I would not buy again, Paradise failed and Krakatoa is unexciting at the distance the audience had to stand for the rest of the selection.”

“Offering the video with each firework helps the customer sort through a very large and varied range in order to choose the best items to suit their needs. A little more info re progress of order processing would be appreciated though.”

“Have yet to ignite fireworks, waiting till November 5th, This is th first time i have purchased fireworks on =line, At this point of time I can only say that the delivery and packaging on time and sound. The online buying experiance was simple, I am just waiting to see if it does what it says on the box.”

“Took advantage of the early-bird 20% off offer. A great deal on already reasonably priced fireworks. Responded to emails promptly. Only reason not 5 stars is I arranged a time to pick-up the fireworks and the shop was closed> However owners went out of their way to arrange a different time to suit me on the same day. Many thanks.”

“I have placed several orders over the last few years so it goes without saying I'm happy with the the company. The only reason I didn't give it 5 * is due to the courier service which, in my experience, could be improved by offering more flaxibility on delivery .”

“Great fireworks. Rocket was amazing. One of the cakes was more bang than flash, I should have checked more thoroughly. Descriptions are spot on and the delivery was swift!”

“Nice display although order was not ready when went to pick up although shop empty and order was ready within 10 mins. This may have been an issue if shop was busy”
