“Roughneck fountain didnt work. Yhe second fuse inside just went dead. Delivery is excellent”

“For the very first time I am having to write a poor review. The main Volt Brothers firework only half lit as we could not find the main fuse after searching so we lit the 2nd back up fuse and only half the firework ignited. Also, one of the main rockets exploded when ignited, fortunately no one was injured, but it spoilt our evening.”

“Some fireworks came broken so I sent an email mentioning it and my response was I was going to get a refund but that never happened. Since then I’ve tried getting back in touch but my email are being ignored”

HI Martin. Your order was placed on 13th October at 8:45pm and dispatched them on the 16th. I believe there was an issue with the courier and the order was delivered on the 26th. I can only apologise on behalf of the courier. Most orders are delivered within a day or two as you can see from the majority of reviews, but on this occassion they didn't "deliver the goods" so to speak. Apologies.

“I would say you have great selection, good processing time and great shipping times. Reason for the low score is two weeks before placing my order I reached out to you as you had 25% discount promotion, to which I asked if I could have a concession as could not make the order at that time but it would be in two weeks time. As a returning customer I in fact placed the order at month as I said value £408 so thought it was bad reaction and negative support.”

Hi There. I'm sorry you felt you had to leave a 2 star review. We run various promotions throughout the year. The one you are referring to was our 25% Extra Free promotion (it wasn't 25% off) which ran at the end of August / beginning of September for several weeks. Unfortunately we were unable to extend this offer for an additional two weeks like you requested as we had other promotions lined up to run afterwards.

“Fireworks arrived on time and worked great. To be honest the £100 + shipping fee for an £80 firework cake left a sour taste in my mouth as it seems extortionate and When I ordered it was automatic without asking me if that was OK.”

Hi Camilla. Glad you enjoyed the fireworks. There is a minimum order of £100 plus shipping for some areas. Unfortunately it's not very east or cheap to ship explosives (fireworks) we subsidise the shipping as much as possible, but with small orders it's just not possible and we have to pass the full cost on to the customer. “Ordered 2 big boxes of 50 shots each, as usual i recorded the fireworks but they were no more than 30 shots in each one. Also the duration showed on website was longer but in reality it didn’t last that long.”

Hi There. Sorry you feel that the fireworks didn't perform as intended. You ordered a 50 shot (Ignition) https://www.fireworkscrazy.co.uk/product/ignition-by-evolution-fireworks/ and a 48 shot (Heavy Hitter) https://www.fireworkscrazy.co.uk/product/heavy-hitter-by-primed-pyrotechnics/ which has received rave reviews! You can easily count the tubes to see how many shots they have. You say you videoed them. If you'd like to post the video here or forward it to us then please do. We can then check the shots and duration.

“As discussed with *** the website was not user friendly in anyway and in some ways misleading. He did say that the site was under reconstruction. The products that were delivered were not as I expected from the description on the website and the demonstration given I was expecting a single package that then performed a multifunctional display in stead we received a number of single separate display items. In the end we decided not to go ahead with the display which was unfortunate. I must admit I had missed that the minimum order was £*** I think but thought that you missed a trick by not doing a minimum package of say £*** which I would have been quite happy to have paid for a dinner party of 12 people. Good luck with the web site I hope it works well for you.”

“Well unfortunately this year sorry poor service is know a friend re ordered them because the ones picked for me this year were not what we usually have he said it would have been a poor show he's a local fire officer and have done our display for 10 years and we gave never had issues with your company previous years We never got offered buy one get one free or three for two so when only two boxes arrived instead of our usual 4 in was disappointed In tried to ring to explain with no avail And has this and previous years is for charity in was disappointed in the attitude and lack of help”

“Great fire works. However they have a poor policy on delivery. You get a email the evening before saying you need to be in to accept the delivery. If you miss them you have to pay £*** for re delivery. End up driving the Heathrow to collect.”
