“Ordered on a Monday and paid £19.96 for delivery that unfortunately took to the following Tuesday evening to arrive. Slightly passive aggressive email responses when I chased. I have used before and will probably use again as good choice or products and reasonably well priced, but I will order well in advance and try not to ask where the order is.”

Hi Richard. Apologies for the delay in getting your order to you. We don't offer a next day service to your area which is explained on the website and also on the email you received when your order was dispatched. The courier only covers certain areas on certain days, it's sods law that your order was dispatched on the same day they were delivering to your area meaning that it took a while.

“Can only give an average review as to quality of the fireworks as they will not be used until November 5th. The delivery charge was rather excessive and had I realized this in advance, I might well mot have placed the order.”

“2 of the fireworks that came (the bad boss) were not as shown or advertised and were rather a let down as they were re packaged fountains. Another 2 of the fireworks were not what was ordered, they were the same brand but not the fireworks that were purchased. So 4 out of 16 were wrong but the delivery time was good, the prices are reasonable and all in all not as bad purchase.”

“I’m not going to lie but the fireworks we bought said 5 minutes display but was only 2. Minutes 30. The box was called Decemberfest which showed 2 boxes on the website but only got 1. I asked the question to customer service and they said there was only 1 box. Very disappointed ans so was our 100 plus customers.”

Hi David The Decemberfest is two compounds in one box, so it is two fireworks. Each firework lasts two and a half minutes for a total display of 5 minutes. So either you lit both together or didn't light the second firework at all.

“The firework was nice but lasted much shorter than the description. We recorded a video and it lasted only 18s compared 25s as advertised.”

“These fireworks were generally the same price as supermarket bought boxes and a little better in quality but, the postage was so high I would not buy them again as they weren't worth the postage (£25) unfortunately. They did not dazzle bar 1 which was much better than the others out of 34 fireworks. I only bought them so we didn't miss out on bonfire night this year and was late buying from usual place before local lockdown hit. Quick delivery, good tracking communication and well packed however.”

“The fireworks were lovely quality but I was a bit underwhelmed with the £89 box set that I bought. There was a large array of sparklers and smaller fireworks but there wasn't really any big bangers, the largest firework in the pack that I bought (I think it was the shindig pack) was just a sparkler, we thought to save the best till last but we were sorely disappointed. The shipping time and everything else was excellent but I was let down by the actual fireworks.”

“Although delivery was fine I received a damaged firework inside the box which must have been due to weight shift in transit! As the firework was unsafe to use I contacted Mark at Firework Crazy with pictures of the damage, it took three emails before I received a reply; however I had no offer of a refund.”

Hi Barry, In our professional opinion the fountain was fine and could have still been used safely. The pictures you sent showed a tear in the paper. The squashed section contains no pyrotechnic device, it's just cardboard. the tubes are at the top of the arch. It was your decision to destroy the item. If an item is dangerous then we will always advise to destroy it and issue a full refund, but in this instance, that wasn't warranted. I Hope that helps.

Hi Sharon. Unfortunately, we are shipping explosives and they can't just be "popped in the post". We actually subsidise the shipping charge on every order and offer one of if not the cheapest shipping in the industry.

Hi Maria. Apologies it took an extra day for your fireworks to get to you. You ordered on one of our bussiest days and as per the website although we do try and get all orders out same day, sometimes it's just not possible.

“On the plus side, their prices are good and the fireworks all appear to have arrived successfully *** On the downside, they completely ignored a request to ship on a specific day, which was written on the booking form and also sent by a followup email, and in fact we didn't get responses to any queries at all. So we ended up having to take time off work to be in when the fireworks were delivered. Overall, I probably wouldn't use them again.”

“My delivery was delayed due to the unavailability of the *** firework although this wasn't identified at the time of order or until six days later when I phoned to enquire when my order would be delivered. I agreed to make a substitution to enable delivery the following day but then was texted to say my delivery was postponed and would take place on the following Monday (two days after my display) due to a problem at the connecting Hub at Heathrow. In short, the company paid for a Saturday delivery (the day of the display) and curiously there was a Kronos firework in the box after all as opposed to the substitution! My main issue here is that somebody was at the delivery address for six days expecting the order to arrive the next working day after order. That's a lot of time off work!”

“Firework crazy up until now have always been great. But sadly my last order took a very long time and the packaging was broken when it arrived and the sparklers are a different kind than I am usually sent.”

“Ordered some 18" sparklers but what turned up was not what was pictured or described. *** They gave a partial refund and communicated well while resolving the issue.”

“The delivery was fine. The contents were fine. the sparklers were hard to light as were the fireworks themselves. Perhaps a lighter (we used gas lighters) should be sold that will ensure the fireworks do light easily.”

“Happy with ordering and speed of delivery but not so good on customer follow up regarding an issue. Complained that the most expensive firework of the order was a dud (some are expected on cheap small fireworks but not ones costing £65!) but had no reply to even acknowledge the complaint. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth for placing future orders.”
