Good service except one area - delivery. When you buy the fireworks it isn't clearly stated that someone needs to be at the house to receive them. You only find this out the day before delivery when it is too late to make arrangements. Although the delivery company will accept a written, signed note to say its OK to leave them, in my case I was not going to be there at all beforehand so couldn't leave a note. Much better would be to alert the buyer before so they could let the delivery company know its OK to leave the fireworks (by calling or emailing them). This could be passed to the driver so they know its OK to leave them.
