“It is simple to set up, use and get started. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with "real" humans happy to guide you along the process. Many other systems reviewed relied on bots and complex web instructions. It took us less than 30 minutes to get an API set up and tested with firetext. This was compared to a dozen e-mails, requests for help and hours trying to get past chatbots and first-line staff with an alternative system. Firetext just made it easy.”
