I ordered two fire extinguishers to use at our sports club. I paid for them and was delighted they were on their way and at such a good price. However two days later I was refunded and the order cancelled with no explanation. If you don’t deliver to Northern Ireland you should clearly state this at the checkout to avoid everyone wasting their time trying to get to the bottom of the refund!

I ordered the fire safety equipment approx. 2 weeks ago and I have yet to recieve it. I am now very worried that the website I ordered from is a scam and that Fire Safety is not a genuine company.

I have telephoned re wrong delivery but have not received a reply. I ordered a 6lt wet Chemical but received a 6lt Water. Still waiting a reply. Trevor Mckittrick

Unfortunately never recieved the order and comms has been poor. We missed the initial delivery due to being shut for snow. We were left cards x 4 for the 4 parcels, from DX to arrange redelivery, but the numbers were not recognised on their tracking system. Chased with Fire Safety online without much help. Still don't have the order nearly a month on!!

I’ve had to cancel a fire safety inspection tomorrow because they haven’t arrived yet. Quite poor really.

Placed order on 28/7/23 still not arrived, no communication from company, only way to contact is via email or contact form - tried both still not had a reply from either. No having to chase for a refund of nearly £300. Nightmare company!

Unfortunately, delivery of this item was attempted on 31/7 however nobody was present to sign for this delivery. This was due for redelivery tomorrow however as requested this has now been cancelled. Absolute rubbish It took over 2 weeks to get a 4kg powder extinguisher, as it said when purchasing 3-5 days. No email or call to explain the delay "NOTHING" Shocking service "PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR FIRE SAFETY NEEDS AS THEY ARE SHOCKING"

Hi Gene, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Unfortunately, it seems the delay in this getting to you was caused by the fact that there was nobody home to collect this delivery. This was a signed delivery and required somebody present. This delivery failed 2 before it was signed and delivered.
