“Excellent and speedy after sales service. My delivery had some damage to the packaging and was deposited upside down on my doorstep by the courier. Within an hour of me emailing they responded with the news that a new delivery was on the way and that the courier would collect the first delivery at the same time. The new delivery came the next day. Fantastic.”

“I ordered two fire extinguishers to use at our sports club. I paid for them and was delighted they were on their way and at such a good price. However two days later I was refunded and the order cancelled with no explanation. If you don’t deliver to Northern Ireland you should clearly state this at the checkout to avoid everyone wasting their time trying to get to the bottom of the refund!”
