“I ordered the fire safety equipment approx. 2 weeks ago and I have yet to recieve it. I am now very worried that the website I ordered from is a scam and that Fire Safety is not a genuine company.”

“Delivery was quick - 2 business days after the order was placed but unfortunatley the incorrect extinguishers were supplied. Two foam ones were ordered but two powder ones were delivered. On contacting Fire Safety Equipment by email an apology was provided and the correct extinguishers were delivered the next day with the incorrect ones being collected at the same time. Mistakes do sometimes happen and it is a measure of a company's customer service as to how they react to that mistake. Fire Safety Equipment's response was exemplary and I won't have any hesitation in using them again/”
