“Had a question about next day delivery on a personalised item so I called their number because their email system said it would take 2 days for a reply! Answerfone kept saying 'office was closed 9-5 please call back' and cut me off. Still doing this at 9:20am! Finally got an answer so I ordered.Said it would be delivered in 5 days time, it only took 4, so that was a bonus! However, the gift of 'Year you were Born poster' was disappointing. It appeared to be printed on poor quality paper as the colours were 'flat' even the black script was not black black, but the computer black that most basic printers produce. Even the script chosen was a basic font. It appeared sooo much better on their site than what was sent out.
Not worth the premium fee charged I feel”

“Ordered a personalised glass bauble the writing was barely visible so tiny & had a flaw inside have requested refund told to return but appears I have to pay the cost maybe it will be refunded but expected a free shipping label not impressed will not use this site again”
