“I am always very pleased with ordering when i ring, but the young lady I spoke to this tine was a bit distant and not as friendly as in the past, althoough when I pushed her she finally checked to see if I was in the rewards club, which I was and it saved me £3!. At first she insisted she couldn't tell me,. I only order once a year near Christmas but find the delivery crippling and this year have bought in the shops as well to save this. overall good service but would like more friendly staff.”
“I would have given 5 stars but for the badly crushed box and inadequate packing inside. I had ordered quite a few items, as gifts, and most of them were fine as they were all individually boxed. But the 5 little hedgehogs had no protective packing and many of the spines had been chipped off. Such a shame as it could have been so easily prevented. I gathered up the chipped spines and sealed them into a bag and attached them to the return slip and, together with the hedgehogs - which I had wrapped in bubble wrap so they would not be further damaged, sent them back.”

Credit card statement says you guys took the money on 23rd sept 2024 £39.99
Then.... just as I was about to post a bad review, it turned up this morning 4th Oct, really pleased with the product, but had to give it a 4 star review because it was late arriving.”
“I am unable to book the gifted track event, the voucher and activity code are not recognised on Car Chase Heroes, I have attempted on numerous occasions to call, email and web chat, all time consuming and left without either answers nor the way to resolve the issue.
I am waiting ( 24 hours) for an email reply from a "customer service" person.
What a shambolic bunch, both Car Chase as they can't sufficiently man the phones and the two companies "Find me a gift" and Car Chase Heroes for the woeful waste of time and interest in resolving a customer's problems.”
