“If I could have given them a 0 I would have. They create a website that looks like an event you want to attend in NYC, then you do some research and find out it is not that event. Very Cruel, and they do this during covid too. Taking advantage of people and ripping them off. Contact the BBB and let them know about their scams. Contact your credit card or Paypal and file a dispute. This company has no soul. Let's get them shut down.”
“Do not buy anything from FEVER!! They are FRAUDS and a SCAM!
Buying online tickets for a Vivaldi Four Seasons Candlelight Concert resulted in loss of money. People responsible do not respond to any messages, but publicly claim they are entrepeneur, but note that they are hiding with pockets full of stolen money.
This will need to stop immediately”
“My husband and I bought 4 tickets for us and another couple to the Candlelight Chopin concert in February 2021 and were really excited as it was advertised to be held outdoors by the river. The only exception was if it was raining, it said it would still go ahead indoors. Well when the weather looked perfect (sunny, no breeze and mild) we looked forward to a lovely evening outside listening to music under the stars, however when we arrived, we were all hustled into a indoor space which lacked ambience, sounded terrible and felt claustrophobic. When myself and others asked why we were going inside, instead of being outside as advertised, we were told that there was prediction of rain and as they had to tune the piano they didn't want to risk being outside. This was a very lame excuse, as I had checked the weather and no rain was predicted for that day. There was however rain predicted later on in the week. It seemed they were too lazy to maybe have to move the venue in later in the week, so they just chose to stay inside the whole week. We all felt very ripped off as the tickets were expensive and it was not a great experience. If they are going to charge such prices for an hour or so concert, they really need to be willing to give the customer what they paid for and go and tune their piano outside and if they have to move it, so be it. Would not recommend. Very disappointing indeed.”
“Zero customer service. Accidentally put in wrong date for ticket and emailed immediately, a week before the date to ask to change the date and got an email saying “ we are processing your request and a customer service representative will be in touch shortly”. Then contacting closer to the date, a few times. Well ....... still waiting and despite contacting them almost daily I have not heard anything at all. So out of pocket, twice cause ended up buying tics online from the service.”
“Fever have cancelled the Brisbane show on the 27/02/21 & I cannot get any support for tickets to another show, ZERO customer service - one star is too generous - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR THESE SHOWS!!”
“Zero customer service. Accidentally put in wrong time for concert ticket and immediately emailed fever.com to ask to change to time ( there was available seating to do this at the time) and got an email saying “ we are processing your request and a customer service representative will be in touch shortly”. Well that was 3 weeks ago and despite contacting them almost daily I have not heard anything back from them. Suffice to say there is now no more available seating to change the time of the tickets any more. Will I go through them again? NO, NEVER! Once they have your money that is the last you hear from them.”
“Very poor customer service. I purchased two tickets for a Valentine's Day Candlelight concert in Philadelphia. These tickets were sold to me on 12/31/20. Covid was in full force. The company just canceled the concert and is blaming Covid for the reason. They refuse to refund my money. I do not want a voucher. I only purchased the tickets because the concert was taking place on Valentine's Day. I would not recommend this company. I truly believe they never intended to hold this concert, and they were trying to get money into their bank account.”
“Read the small print before buying from this 'Events' company. They do not do refunds and should be investigated. Asked for a refund for an event re-scheduled twice now which will most likely be postponed anyway. New dates no.longer suit me and so ask.this.is out of my control should be refunded if the customer requests this. Airlines, holiday operators and.other event operators are refunding customers their money due to cancellation or rescheduling due to the pandemic.”
“I purchased tickets for Christmas carols in Melbourne and they were postponed to a date in January which I can’t make. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service and have had no response. The tickets were $270 and the event is in a week. I am very disappointed in their service and it looks like I will lose $270 worth of tickets!”
“Attended Fever concert in brisbane very disappointed not at all as represented. No stage as represented in advertising, Acoustics terrible, was set in flight path of landing aircraft no program or narration generally super poor. Complaints to fever ignored. Request for refund of future concerts denied. Don’t book it is a waste of money”
“Bought tickets to an event, the event was cancelled. They emailed saying no refunds only a voucher was given. In the fever app there were no events so i tried adding two new event tickets and it automatically charged me again without putting my cc details or double confirming. That's $300 on tickets with no refunds.”
“Never buy tickets from them. You'll never get a refund. They continually ignore my request for a refund. Despited a cancelled concert due to restrictions and postponing to a later date that doesn't suit me. They still stubbornly refused to give a refund!! Only convert my tickets to vouchers which still forces me to use their services again for other events they organised. That is incredibly rude of them and violates basic consumer law!!!”
