“Exceptional customer service, I have a ‘silent disability that can make going to events extremely difficult. A lot of planning is required.
This time I’d was accompanied and thought I’d be ok. However I could feel my level of distress mounting so had to tell an official or leave.
I was immediately put as ease by Michelle who ensured my needs were met so I was most comfortable.
Many events I have attended i the past have not done this and I have felt embarrassed paramedics arrive. It ruins the event for others, I feel dreadful!
I love music , also therapeutic. There is nothing like excellent music in exceptional venues.
