I had purchased a ticket to an event at the wrong time and had to reschedule it. Received a prompt reply and the issue was sorted quickly and satisfactorily

I have been to a few fever events now and they are always amazing! Recently I have been very unwell and had purchased tickets prior to falling ill. The staff at Fever have been incredibly understanding and kind. I was granted a voucher to repurchase the tickets on a date which would suit me! Many thanks to Wendy at Fever for accommodating this today!

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for an event. Within an hour of me e mailing fever.cim I received a reply and the same afternoon I was offered an Exchange voucher. Excellent customer service.

I ordered tickets on row B zone A then realised I wanted to get tickets closer up, luckily I bought the refundable ticket option and Fever was able to quickly process my refund! Many thanks, I'm very excited to attend the candlelight concert

I am so impressed and grateful for the help I received from fever. I had an issue with attending a show on the day and both Ivan and Carlos were super understanding and got it sorted. There were emails issues which they also overcome with no hassle. They were polite, helpful and sorted it so quickly. I would (and have) recommend Fever. Thank you again

Amazing customer service! - I had a strange query about the type of chairs a certain venue in London has, because I suffer terribly with bad back pain. Someone by the name of Mercedes E @Fever, took on my query and managed to give me the information I needed. She was very prompt with all her replies and really helped me, whereby other sites have totally ignored me. Thank you Mercedes E, you are amazing! Would highly recommend.
