Had problems with an event that I could no longer attend. The people at Fever resolved my problem very quickly and were very helpful & quick at resolving the issue.

The support was first class. The App was abysmal. Making changes was painful and overly complicated as was transferring the tickets to my wifes phone. Very annoyed that the printed tickets in the Email were deemed not good enough.

Five friends and I attended the Candlelight concert Coldplay tribute in Boston yesterday and I am sad to say, that it was quite disappointing. It took place in a synagogue - which could have been amazing but we could hardly hear anything the artists said on the microphone and the music was super soft as well. We were in zone C but I do think it should be possible to hear the music properly anywhere in the venue. There were also very few candles, which is obviously not a huge problem but all together this was not what we expected and it was not worth 40$.

I booked tickets for the wrong day by accident, emailed customer service, got a quick response, booking cancelled, voucher to re-book sent and correct booking made all within a few hours 10 out of 10 service.

They have made a young couples year! Were so efficient with their responses and really made a difference! There was no fussing just straight onto the case. In which they really went above and beyond. I am so thankful!
