If I could give them zero starts I would. Horrible customer service. They do not resolve issues. I arrived late a concert that I bought through their app. I was not let in the concert because I was a few minutes late which I found out later because it was not mentioned clearly in the tickets. I drove 1hr to get there and was not let in. And the guy at the door gave me a barcode to contact the customer service to get a refund but when I contacted them, they did not resolve the issue and I was told I’m not getting any refund and they did not even respond and closed the conversation. Will never use their app anymore.

DONT BUY A GIFT CARD! Very disappointed with the business model of buying gift cards from Fever - when you buy a gift card they cost full price, which isn’t a problem. But when you use the gift card to book an event you can’t use any other promotional code that Fever offer at that time so recently - I bought my wife a £60 gift card - she purchased 2 concert tickets for £70 (I had to pay another £10) had I not bought the gift card we would have been able to avail of the 20% discount on the fever site meaning the tickets would have cost £56 a massive saving of £14 ! I contacted Fever who didn’t help at all - do better guys - at least tell people that purchasing your gift cards in all likelihood will disadvantage the user!

Never ever buy a ticket on Fever. You psy money without a guarantee you will experience the event. Total dissatisfaction

No user surface intuitiveness. Having tried 4 times gave up. Went to another booking site instead which was 10 time Better and faster

Bought tickets to Art of Banksy. These scumbags started spamming me. I unsubscribed. Still their spam kept coming. I wrote and complained. They promised to stop. Still the spam kept coming. So I posted reviews here. They responded, asked me to email them to resolve this. I did. STILL THEY KEEP SPAMMING ME. Do NOT buy tickets from these creeps. They will NOT respect your data. They will NOT respect your privacy.

The Fever team at the venue in Manchester supported me a lot by preparing a marriage proposal in the frame of a candlelight concert in the Manchester Cathedral. They were so nice, kind and helpful and contributed to an unforgettable evening for me and my fiancée! I‘m so thankful!

I had an unusual seating request as the Fever site offered a category D seat but it didn’t show on the accompanying concert seating plan. It took time to resolve but resolved it was. Having previously enjoyed a Candlelight concert, I will, and have booked again. Let’s hope it’s as good as the last one.

Avoid . Horrible experience. You won't get your money back. Scammed , the illustrations do not resemble the real and actual event. Hostel got better chairs . They won't give you money back . Even if they f... up. Horrible company

Having recently joined Fever and enjoyed two previous Candlelight concerts, I purchased two premium tickets for my fiancee and for the 'Candlelight: Christmas Films’ concert in Exeter; however, along with another couple with the exact tickets, none of us could be seated in the premium zone as no seats were available, so we were seated in zone A. Somewhat disappointed, I requested a refund or credit for the £18 difference in price. After a rather long four weeks, I received an email from Abigail C., who apologised with sincerity - a rare example of good customer service - and received a £20 credit to my Fever account.
