When we went to obtain the tickets - the ticket vouchers were applied to my fever account. Despite numerous attempts - the vouchers never appeared when I wanted to apply them to my ticket purchase. I almost accidentally bought more tickets via this process. After numerous logins - deleting the app (suggested by their support) - we found that the vouchers needed to be applied one at a time to separate ticket purchases. Just an awful experience. Do NOT use this to buy anyone a gift card!”
