Very poor ticketing service. Their system keeps on declining payment.

ooked a Mystical Tarot Lounge experience. Cocktail and tarot reading in Manchester, paid £30 very excited. The venue changed, it was unclear how the event was working when we got there after leaving work early and paying for parking. Nice cocktail, no complaints with The Alchemist, but what we didn't bargain for was a 5 minute tarot reading. A complete rip off! Left feeling really disappointed and duped. To add insult to injury, Fever will not refund us and just keep sending ridiculous replies saying "thanks for your feedback" Customer service poor - event poor - don't waste your money.

I’m beyond grateful to Alpha Recovery Firm for helping me recover the money I lost to an online scam. I was skeptical at first, but their team proved to be knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly dedicated. They handled everything professionally and made what seemed impossible a reality. Thanks to them, I got my funds back and finally have peace of mind. If you’ve been scammed, don’t hesitate—Alpha Recovery Firm is the real deal.

Company is a scam. Sold us 4 tickets for Banksy closing night for 6pm, while the venue closed at 5pm. Filed support ticket with 3 agents. Got denied 3 times.

It all started with excitement and the promise of a great return, but soon turned into a financial disaster, leaving me with a $145,000 loss. When I finally realized I had been taken by a scam, I was overwhelmed with emotions—shame, regret, and an uncertain path forward. That’s when I came across Mrs. Olivia and her team. I was hesitant at first, but their professionalism and clear communication reassured me. They didn’t make any unrealistic promises but instead focused on what was possible. In the end, they managed to recover a significant portion of my funds, which felt like a miracle.

Tried to pay for an event, but the payment froze (the loading wheel kept spinning). I tried again an hour later and it went through, but the amount was charged twice. Fever’s response was disgraceful – they just said there’s nothing they can do.

My initial tickets were discounted due to an early bird special. Unexpectedly they were cancelled for that date. When I transferred them to a later date, I was charged the full amount plus a booking fee. No, I am definitely not happy with the service I received.

After a complex labyrinth of windows and add ons, we came to find out that while we had intended to buy tickets for a future date, it somehow purchased tickets for the date of purchase instead. After finding this out when trying to access our now expired tickets, the customer service was an absolute nightmare. We had the unfortunate luck of getting rocío as our customer service rep who seemed as if he lived off of passive aggressiveness and pettiness. Trying to resolve any issue with any of their service members is like trying to pull teeth, especially when they refuse to communicate over the phone for “customer safety”. After spending over 100$ for the titanic experience I would have thought there would be the slightest bit of care towards their customer. Instead they worked hard to ensure myself and my partner never attend another fever event again.

No refunds, no credits, no understanding. No idea how i purchased cinema tickets as there is no clear button that i pressed to say pay. I've closed my account as it's not the first time. Unhelpful to say the least.

Useless costumer service. I purchased cinema tickets to ‘Finchley’ - I was sure it’s for Finchley Road, but accidentally got the ‘north Finchley’ or something similar. An honest mistake of a tired mum early morning. Less than a min later I contacted costumer service- begging for their help as I can’t afford buying more tickets, all I asked is a swap for the correct venue. After an hour I got a generic email stating that according to their t&c they don’t have to help me. Disappointing and disgusting, will never buy anything again from you and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

We booked an event through Fever to attend a Saturday workshop for mead brewing. It was supposed to be a birthday present. This was on the 17th of April. We paid £100 for our 2 tickets. We were instructed to go to the Enid Street address. When we arrived, having travelled down from Northamptonshire, we found the venue to be closed. After waiting some time, we left. We contacted Fever and they told us that that date had been cancelled but said we could rebook for the same event. We booked for 17th May but a couple of days beforehand we rang Fever and asked them to double check that the event would be going ahead as, understandably, we didn't want to travel all that way only to find the venue shut. I didn't hear back from them so we decided not to risk it. They then sent me an email on Saturday to say they had in fact sent me an email telling me that the event would be going ahead. There is no trace of this email despite having received all the other communications from them and they are saying it's our fault that we didn't simply go. Big corporate response basically telling us to stuff it. We are very disappointed a) because we really wanted to do the course and b) because we've been treated really badly by Fever. Steer clear of them as they are not reputable!!

I sought out their services, hoping for expert guidance and a solid investment strategy, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match my expectations. In less than a month, I lost $21,500—a setback that was not only financially painful but also emotionally taxing. It’s easy to feel frustrated in situations like this, and in hindsight, I wish I’d spent more time researching and understanding the risks involved before jumping in. However, despite the setback, I’m thankful that I reached out to Mrs Olivia and her team. They offered immediate, professional assistance that helped me recover the funds I had lost. Their support was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and it gave me the confidence to move forward. I’m deeply appreciative of their efforts and couldn’t have navigated through this without them.

One mistake, no help, no human support – very disappointing What should have been a great day turned into a big disappointment. A simple mistake led to unusable tickets, and despite multiple attempts, Fever offered no flexibility, no personal support, and not even a voucher or discount. The event hasn’t even taken place yet, the tickets were never used, and I wasn’t asking for a refund – just a fair solution. All I got were automated replies. I’ll think twice before booking with Fever again, and I’ll make sure others are aware too.

Worst customer experience asking for a refund. I got 3 different stories and still not even sure what the the reason for the final refusal was. We purchased tickets for Titanic for 4:00. We didn't get in until 4:30. VR experience was a joke. No more Fever

Very poor customer service for the app. Customer service wasn’t available on the date of my experience. The day after I have been told that it’s too late to transfer the ticket to another date and another person. The experience wasn’t the greatest. My VR goggles kept glitching and I couldn’t see other members of my group at some points and their avatars were distorted and it was distracting. They don’t offer walking canes, I’ve been to other VR experiences and for people with balance issues due to various health issues a walking cane was always offered. I accidentally purchased three tickets instead of two adult tickets. Fever would not let me change the ticket date and transfer it to another person - so I lost money. I was given credits and was came to change tickets dates even to Broadway shows, this experience is a stationary exhibit and some dates aren’t heavily booked. Not sure why I wouldn’t be offered another date for the ticket I haven’t used. The attendants at the exhibition were not friendly and looked stressed. The space wasn’t well ventilated and some of the odors were disturbing. Overall pretty unhappy with the experience
