“Bought tickets for an event in Dallas TX and was sent tickets for the same event at the same time and date but in Pennsylvania. Contacted customer service by phone before the event and kept saying they are working to resolve it by getting me tickets in Dallas. The next day they emailed me to let me know the event had a no refund policy, no acknowledgment that they made a mistake. We disputed the charge on our credit card and they billed our credit card again 6 weeks later like we would not notice.”

“We went to the Abba concert. 4 very talented violinists. Unfortunately the group sounded lost in the large cathedral. A cello would have helped, and originally advertised as having a cello but no cello. Also the seating did not offer a good view of the performance. Considering the price a little disappointing. The stars are for the 4 musicians.”

“Fever must be the WORST third party to buy tickets with! First of all you cannot sell “same day tickets” if you can’t make any changes to those tickets, because you need 48 hours in advance, plus their polices are RIDICULOUS!!! I will never buy tickets from them!”
