“Unfortunately on this occasion it looks like the order was lost by Royal Mail as tracking number has not been updated. Sadly Festival Glitter staff told me it's down to me to sort it out with Royal Mail. Shocking. I'm still waiting for an update from Royal Mail. Shame as I often bought from FV.”

“Twice we waiting for our delivery and twice it did not come. I had no notifications from anyone saying it was attempted, I had to find my "order on its way" email and click on tracking on royal mail, select a date we were in the flat, nothing. Havnt been left any attempted delivery slips. Left in limbo, I cannot get any delivery and I have no idea where it is to collect.”

Hi We have just checked the tracking for this order and it shows that Royal Mail are returning the order to us, as the delivery address did not exist. So it looks like you have given an address to deliver to that does no exist, or is missing important info. We will email you now Ian

Hi Richard We were expecting you to pop-up here. As you know, we sent your delivery to you twice, at our cost. You're well aware that your mailbox is unsecured on the main street, and has mail constantly stolen from it. We explained we would not send the order for the 3rd time (to be stolen) unless you gave us an alternative delivery address. Jason

Hello The product looks exactly like the website picture and is a mixture of 1mm, 2mm and 3mm bio glitters, exactly as per the website description. You're showing the picture of the glitter still in the bag without any light reflecting off it, and the smaller particles dropping to the bottom of the bag (as they do). Thanks Martin

“I ordered gems on Friday 1st of July, they were supposed to come within 1-3 working days. It is now the 10th of July and I still have not received my order and I was supposed to have the gems for wireless weekend (8th-10 of July) I would like a refund.”

Hello Your order was sent with a tracking code which was emailed to you. When we've checked the tracking it shows Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 30th June at 8.58am, but there was no-one in. The tracking link emailed to you shows you how to ask for a redelivery or to collect the item yourself

Hello We've checked all this for you. The tracking for your order shows this was scanned as delivered on the 16th June at 10.20am. We've checked through all our emails and we can see you contacted us and we replied. However it looks like you spelt your email address incorrectly, so although we have replied to you, you would not receive it if you can't spell your own email address Thanks Jason
