“order got cancelled randomly (never received it) with no explanation so bought from somewhere else at least I got a refund though”

Oh dear, that looks like Royal Mail have kicked it down the road, doesn't it! You didn't contact us to let us know irt had arrived damaged though, so we could send a replacement before leaving this review. We'll send you an email now...

“I bought the neon glitter lipsticks in red and orange, not that impressed, almost no colour and rough tiny bits of glitter are left on the lips, wouldn’t repurchase, would go for more bright neon next time.”

Hello Sorry if the team have sent the wrong glitter. It's always super busy the week before Glastonbury, so sometimes little mistakes can creep in. We can't see any email from you though to let us know this happened, so you haven't given us a chance to fix this for you, before you left the review. We'll send you an email now...

“Bit of a let down ordered the glow in the dark ones and they didn’t stick or glow in the dark”

“I ordered glitter packs from them, which to be fair came quickly but they only sent me a quarter of the order. emailed and said it would be sent straight out...this was over a week ago and nothing from them. have emailed them today, but no reply as yet and needed by end of week.”

Hey Mark Oh no!!! We're sorry - I bet your vacuum cleaner is full of bio-glitter now! If you email us at sales@festivalglitter and let us know which one opened in the post and we'll get a replacement straight out for you Jason

“I bought vampire fangs. The item arrived on the day I needed it which was good. However, they were flat at the back and so wouldn't fit against my real teeth. The product came with an adhesive putty, which didn't work. I tried to use this to make the tooth fit my real teeth and then bought an additional denture adhesive to help it stick but this didn't work either- they kept falling off. In the end I couldn't go as the halloween costume I had planned and I wasted £10 trying to find a way to get them to stick. Wouldn't recommend.”

Oh No! We sold 100s of these vampire fang sets during Halloween, but did receive a couple of issues where the putty didn't work as it should. Strange that the extra denture glue you bought didn't work too. I'll send you an email now and we'll refund the £2.40 you paid for these. Apologies. team FG

“Although the service was very good and the delivery was fast unfortunately the product I ordered was pretty unuseable. I ordered the vampire fangs for Halloween which simply did not stick to my teeth at all so I could not wear them. I feel like I may have just been unlucky however and I imagine their other products are better.”

Hi C Thanks for your honest feedback! We're glad you were pleased with our service and how fast our delivery service is. We've had a couple of people have issues with the novelty vampire fangs this year. We sold hundreds of them, but it does seem a few of them were faulty and we're sorry. “Doesn’t stay on all day and easily peels off”

Hi there I can see you only bought the peel off glitter glue and not glitter from us - the glue has been designed for our glitters. Also, I hope you put the glue on clear dry skin and not on top of any make-up or foundation too! Team FG
