Can’t say how good this product is because it didn’t arrive time for when I needed it

The postage wasn’t paid on my delivery so I had to go to the collection office and pay a £3 postage fee before I could even see my items. My order already contained a £1.50 shipping fee so I believe this is a mistake on the company’s behalf that I’ve had to pay again. Really annoying for my first order from the site.

Hi Chalotte Is his something you've alreday told us about? Royal Mail collect all our delievries and carry out the postage for all items themselevs for us. So if they've missed the postage off, it's their fault. W're really sorry about this! I've refunded £3 back to your card now for you, that you were asked to pay. Jason
Glitter didn’t arrive in time. Later told my address didn’t transpose and that they don’t complete manual checks. All very poor. Not offered a refund and very dismissive of the problem, which is all down to their technology not taking the right data at the right point. Will not use again.

Hi Chris Thanks for your review. We have already spoken about this. You simply gave your address as "Flat 4, London". We did then send you a confirmation email with your delivery address in it. This is why it didn't arrive. We process hundreds of orders a day and we don't manually read every address to see if they look correct. It is your responsibility to enter your address details correctly so that your order would arrive. Jason
I liked the jewels but application of the glitter came without instructions and the glue which is copydex smelt like fish so not pleasant on your face etc.. .I abandoned the glitter after having to peel off the smelly glue!

Hi Kate Thank you for leaving us your feedback. We have 2 points to address for you.. 1. Applying glitter - we have full guides available on our website which include everything from simple face glitter, to glitter roots and lips. If you scroll to the bottom of our website you'll see them listed under 'How to apply glitter guides'. 2. Our peel off glitter glue. This does contain latex as stated in the description, which does have a slight smell when you first open it, the same why as eyelash glue does. Our glue is unfraganced too, so there's no perfume in it to mask the smell for the first few seconds. The smell quickly subsides, as it does with all latex based glues and will dry clear. It does have similarities to copydex, which is used by professionals and drag queens to ensure their lashes or glitter stays in place, but our glue uses cosmetic liquid latex. Regards FG

Hi Hannah We hold our hands up - we messed up this time. We're sorry. We did have to cancel your order. The Mastix Glue should have been out of stock on our website, but we left it in stock by mistake. We did refund you straight away and send an apology email to you and confirmation of the refund back to your card. Hi Katrania You bought the spirit glue - listed here https://festivalglitter.co.uk/products/spirit-gum which clearly states it's for affixing small items to your face like fake moustaches, beards, eyelashes etc We're not surprised it didn't keep your elf ears attached to your head if they're sticking out of the side of your head. Spirit gum has not been designed to do that (as detailed in the product description). You needed to have bought something stronger like the mastix glue which details it's for sticking theatrical prosthetics to your face. Team FG
The vampire fangs were a total waste of money. They wouldn't stay in for even a few mins, I even bought a different adhesive and that didn't help either. The service provided by festival glitter was however fast and efficient. Unfortunately the product they sold was shocking.

Hi Claire Thanks for your honest feedback! We're glad you were pleased with our service, but it's not good you were let down with this product. We've had a couple of people have issues with the novelty vampire fangs this year. We sold hundreds of them, but it does seem a few of them were faulty and we're sorry. Hi Carmelina Sorry your order hasn't arrived. We saw you left a comment on one of our really old Instagram pictures and we asked you to email customer services at sales@festivalglitter.co.uk from your order confirmation email. I've just checked with them now and they have no received any contact from you at all. If you email them with your order number, they'll be able to help regards FG
Really bad experience with festival glitter, isn’t order was placed on the 29th of June and I still haven’t recieved the order nor a refund despite numerous emails and complaints. Terrible customer service

Hi Caroline Let me add the bits to your review that you missed out. You ordered on the July the 10th (not the 29th June). Royal Mail picked up your parcel on the day after and attempted delivery on the 12th July. They left a card asking you to re-arrange delivery within 15 days and we also emailed you the direct link to Royal Mail so you could request a redelivery online too. You didn't bother doing this. For 15 days. Then wondered why Royal Mail weren't mind readers and asked for a refund. We don't refund simply because you can't be bothered to contact Royal Mail when you weren't in for the first delivery attempt. If you think delivering in 2 working days is 'terrible customer service', then so be it. Team FG

Hi there Oh no!! Your order was placed on the 19th July and Royal Mail collected it the next day on the 20th for first class delivery. I wish you had contacted us to let us know that it hadn't arrived! I'll email you now FG
Unfortunately you didn't deliver all of my items though the despatch note listed them all. Can you please arrange for a refund for me? Otherwise the product was good and delivery was prompt. But the overriding thing for me is that I'm out of pocket and don't have what I ordered.

Tiny bottles for what they were priced. Came after the festival I wanted to go to, wouldn’t reccomend
