www.FestivalGlitter.co.uk is the official glitter website for Manchester based MUOBU (Make Up Or Break Up). We've been offering affordable, ethical & on trend glitters since 2014. All our glitters and jewels are cosmetic grade, so are safe to use anywhere on your face or body. Everything we sell is vegan friendly & we promise nothing has ever been tested on animals too.

“Honestly, I was a little gutted. This was purchased for a dance team at a competition. Little did I know how small the tubs are. Safe to say it was a waste of money and didn’t get used. I’ve never seen glitter pots so small. The colours are really lovely though.”

Hi there Thanks for your review. We're glad you loved our glitters, but sorry you were disappointed in the size of the pot your ordered. We don't sell our glitter by pot size, but by weight. You chose the 4g pots, which we wouldn't expect to be enough for a full dance team. We do sell our glitters in larger sizes of 10g, 25g and 50g. A 4g pots would be enough for 2-3 people doing a full face of glitter, but for a full dance team you would need more. If you need help with the amount for any future purchases please let us know. Hi there Thanks for your review. Yes, as we spoke about last week with you, we did miss one of the glues out of your order. We're sorry for this and we spoke to you straight away and offered to next day courier the missing glue out to you, but you chose the full refund instead. “The picture is more gold than the actual glitter. The glitter is more of a copper tone. Also the bag of glitter was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The individual glitter chunks are a nice size (mixture of chunky & micro)”

Hi Ethan Oh no. We always make sure our website pictures are as close as possible to the actual glitter, so we rushed to check this one out when we saw your review. The glitter website picture is exactly the same as pot of glitter. By reading your message, it looks like you might have bought the wrong colour. You chose the Rose Gold Festival Mix. Rose gold is a more copper colour with an ever so slight pink hue and not normal gold. If you haven't opened and used the bag, you're welcome to return it for a full refund. regards Jason

Hi Emma Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We don't sell our glitters by pot size, but by weight and you can choose from 4g, 10g, 25g or 50g. But oh no with the gems and the glue. I've just checked the item that you ordered and will send you an email now to get that resolved for you. FG

“Glitter looks amazing when it's on! But do not buy the glue, was not sticky at all and did not dry clear eaither, went yellow in colour as soon as you applied it onto the skin.”

Hi there The glue will go a white/yellowy colour when you first apply and it has not set it as it is latex based. Once the glitter has been added on top then it will dry clear, so that you can peel it off.

Oh no! We've just looked and it was the Crystal Princess chest gems you bought. Were these ones not sticky when you received them? Did you stick them to totally clean/sweat free/make-up free skin?

Hi Yuka Sorry your delivery hasn't arrived yet, it was posted the next working day after your order. We are based in Manchester, England and it does take a while for deliveries to arrive in Japan. Your order was only placed 4 working days ago and we do state the following on our website "We ship all our international orders via Royal Mail First Class Non Tracked service. Please allow 5 - 15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days, but sometimes it can take a while to get from England to Peru." Fingers crossed it arrives soon for you!

Sorry you didn't know the size of the pots you ordered were though :-( We don't sell our glitters by the pot size, but by weight, so you can choose 4g, 10g, 25g or 50g which we try to make as clear as possible on our website. If you check our weights compared to just about every other glitter website for the price, you'll see we're pretty much the cheapest going that we can find!

Hiya Aimee Sorry you were disappointed.. We don't sell our glitter by size, but by weight. You chose the 4g pots. We also sell glitter in larger quantities if you needed more, such as 10g, 25g or even 50g at reduced prices per size. For the gem packs, again we show the sizes they come in and how many are in each bag. Of course, the bags and packs can look different sizes, depending on what size screen you are viewing them on. This is why we clearly state the size and weight of everything. We are also cheaper than all other glitter websites we have seen in the UK, when you compare our prices to the weight you receive. regards The FG Team

Hi there - we've just checked our order and you ordered Matt Damon - the UV Blue glitter. We have to admit, it doesn't glow as much as it should so we have discontinued it and let the supplier know. HI there - thank you for your review. We're glad you loved our gems. The glitter pot you ordered from us was £2.50. The Mac eye glitter is 6 times the price at £16... so we would expect there to be some difference. If you could let us know what you love more about the Mac glitter, we can see if we can make our even better value!

Hi Rachel Thanks for your honest feedback. We checked your order and it was for Choccy Woccy Brown & Burgundy Burp Dark Red. Sometimes the colours online may look a little bit different to when you receive them. The online glitter photos are taken in a pure white LED photographer's light box, so they'll look different under all different colour lights at home such as normal lightbulbs, direct sunlight or in a nightclub, due to the way glitter reflects different types of light. They'll also look slightly different depending on how bright your mobile phone screen or computer screen was. None of our images are photoshopped. We'll ask our photographer on Monday to double check the accuracy of both of these colours. Thank you for letting us know :-)
