Hi Hannah We hold our hands up - we messed up this time. We're sorry. We did have to cancel your order. The Mastix Glue should have been out of stock on our website, but we left it in stock by mistake. We did refund you straight away and send an apology email to you and confirmation of the refund back to your card. Unfortunately the wholesalers were completely out of stock of this item too and we were unable to get new stock in, in time for you. We hate it when we get things wrong :-( Festival Glitter

We're sorry for this and we spoke to you straight away and offered to next day courier the missing glue out to you, but you chose the full refund instead.
