“The postage wasn’t paid on my delivery so I had to go to the collection office and pay a £3 postage fee before I could even see my items. My order already contained a £1.50 shipping fee so I believe this is a mistake on the company’s behalf that I’ve had to pay again. Really annoying for my first order from the site.”

Hi Chalotte Is his something you've alreday told us about? Royal Mail collect all our delievries and carry out the postage for all items themselevs for us. So if they've missed the postage off, it's their fault. W're really sorry about this! I've refunded £3 back to your card now for you, that you were asked to pay. Jason
