Delivery charge was £15. I was able to order Montana Gold from Amazon much cheaper. I feel like I’ve been ripped off!

Poor service. Would not recommend ordering from online. Would not offer refund for postage paid for 48hr delivery even though delivery service admitted mistake: Message from delivery service: 'I am sorry to know that you have not received your parcel yet and I can imagine how upsetting this must be for you as firstly, our driver attempted delivery at the wrong place and then your parcel was never out for delivery to the requested Pickup Shop.' Had to constantly chase them to contact delivery service and they defended wrong address delivery even though was on a different road and different building. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered a few weeks ago now, and my cans of Montana gold/ black and white, hardly work.. I’ve had to bin 4/8 because it’s like they have all popped and would allow me to spray? I don’t think this is very good service!

It was advertised as jcb yellow and it wasn’t.put the top on to spray,dropped it on the floor and would not work!!

Every now and then you get a review that makes you wonder about the person, this is one such review. 1) Not advertised as JCB Yellow, its advertised as just 'Yellow' 2) He dropped it and it doesn't work now, now theres a surprise. 3) At no point did 'lee guyatt' ever get in touch with us for advice, maybe the nozzle was broken and we could have sent him a new one, maybe etc etc, but we'll never know as he never got in touch 4)Any negative reviews we call the customer, sort it out and no one wants an unhappy customer, but i can sense with this one, there's no talking to him. So Lee, if you are listening Lee, get in touch, have a chat, we might even become pals.

Terrible customer service, abrupt and rude, was told they were too busy!! - sold items at full price that were received with sales labels, do not bother with this company as much better customer service with other brands on the market

It is about to be a whole month and i still haven’t gotten my shoes, I purchased my sauconys May 4th and still haven’t received them. I have set up for Delivery notifications but i have not received any since my day of purchase. I am very upset and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and timeliness of my purchase.

Dear Sir/madam. To be honest with you I’m not happy at all, Let’s start from your purchase service, very fast and this is admirable, but probably you should pay more attention at your mail box, I have ordered 4 spry Acrylic color from Montana , by My mistake I have placed in the basket the wrong gloss finish, and I just noticed once that I payed, I have try to contact you by your costumer service explaining my issue.. but I got replied just few days after when all the order was already delivered.. I know I could send it back, But I chose to keep the product.. not problem at all on this, it was my bad. The real problem came with you products. I painted a bike last week by using Montana spray colour, I have been very sharp on following the instructions, that were reported on the cans, I respected times and temperatures, I spent lot of effort and hours on it. But the result was terrible, after Just 3 day the paint start to crack crack and is scratching out very easily. “I would like to clarify that I am not at my first experience with acrylic colours, I use to restore bike on my spare time as a hobby“ I usually use a different brand that never give me problems, I moved to Montana for the huge choice of shades of color. But this Expensive rubbish ruined my bike, an make me waste a huge amount of hours.. I will add some pictures just to give you an idea of how look my job just 3 days after that I painted.let me know if they are not clear enough.. I would like to be refunded at least of what I have spend in your products, Consider that restoring a bike is not just about painting. Needs lot more money and time.. Soo please let me know what you are planning to do Kind regards Sebastiano

I purchased 2 cans of spray paint but when they arrived they were not what I was expecting and so I wanted a refund. The website is really misleading saying that there is a 45 day refund policy, no where on the page for the spray paints does it say that there are restrictions with the shipping of the product and even on the despatch note in with the items it says about the 'generous' returns policy. Well now only after looking into returning the item, I am finding that I can't find a single courier who will ship the spray paints! Even DPD who shipped the item to me, on there website say they won't carry spray paint as it is prohibited, which leads me to question the honesty of the store who shipped it to me! I contacted Fat Buddha Store and was told that I would have to find someone willing to carry it, as they couldnt give/ didn't know more info than that! And I tried to contact DPD who said I would have to ask the company to arrange the return for me. Great! So now I am stuck with spray paint which legally I am allowed to return but physically I can't due to incompetence from Fat Buddha and the restrictions in place by couriers. I feel like if you are selling a restricted item, it should say so on the item web page that returning it (unless to store) will be impossible... but it did not! and also the staff should be given more information about this issue and be able to sort it out for me rather than tell me to 'find someone myself' - if you can ship a restricted item, you should be responsible for collecting said item if it is unwanted and well within the returns policy guidelines! I really feel like I have been misled by this company and would not recommend!

I am very disappointed with the purchase I made. I originally made a purchase for two MONTANA Black/ Red bags. I received two completely different bags not even the same brand that I purchased. My wife and I had a vacation planned out and we were afraid we would not receive them on time. Well luckily we did but it was not what we purchased. Too bad. I’m actually still in the process of trying to return them now that I am back from my vacation. Had to carry a book bag around that we did not intend to For our vacation. Order number
