“Delighted to track down a Fjällräven Expedition Lite jacket at a reasonable 10% discount on FBS's website. All the more pleasing that FBS is an independent store. Online ordering was quick and straightforward, and the well-packaged jacket arrived safely in rural North Yorks the following day via DPD courier, as per the FBS website's promise. Delighted with the product - and as a Fjällräven fan I'll doubtless shop at FBS again. A good range of products from other trusted brands too.”

“I ordered a shirt from them for the excellent price, but the service they provided would get me shopping with them again. Everybody wants a company to under-promise and over-delivery and this is one of them. Thanks for the very prompt delivery. I will shop with you again- although if you could wrap the haribo up so my son can't steal them as soon as I open the package, I would be grateful!”
